Vendor Application
​We are so excited that you want to participate in the 2025 Juneteenth event on June 21st. As a vendor, you will be responsible for the following:

Non-Refundable $50.00 fee that will be used to help fund the event (early fee is $40 dollars until May 15th - ENTER CODE = 40TODAY until May 15th )

Providing of own materials and equipment including but not limited to canopies, chairs, tables, signs, etc.

Setup and breakdown of own area:

SETUP TIME: 9:30 - 11:00 AM (You must be set, cars moved, and ready to open by 11:00 AM)

BREAK DOWN TIME: 5:15 PM with cleanup completed by 6:00 PM and area left as clean as possible

​The Sewickley Community Center will not provide electricity or running water to any vendor area, and all fees are due before the start of the event.​
