Vendors will be responsible for the following:

• Non-Refundable $50.00 fee that will be used to help fund the event (Early Bird $40 until May 15th, use code 40TODAY)

• Providing of own materials and equipment including but not limited to canopies, chairs, tables, signs, etc.

• Setup and breakdown of own area:          

  • SETUP TIME: 9:30 - 11:00 AM (You must be set, cars moved, and ready to open by 10:30 AM)

  • BREAK DOWN TIME: 5:15 PM with cleanup completed by 6:00 PM and area left as clean as possible
