Mindset of a Leader: Forged in Faith – Program Overview
Who:
Youth and young adults seeking personal growth, leadership development, and character formation, ages 8-14 are welcome to attend.
What:
This program is a values-based leadership development program focused on building confidence, resilience, discipline, and purpose. Through guided discussions, mentorship, and reflective activities, participants explore leadership principles grounded in faith, integrity, accountability, and service to others.

Sewickley Community Center
When:
📅 Days: February 4 - April 8, 2026
Wednesdays, 10-week Session (Weekly sessions)
⏰ Time: 5-7 pm FOOD PROVIDED

How to get involved
Students (Grades 3–8 | approximately ages 8–14):
Mindset of a Leader: Forged in Faith helps participants develop strong leadership skills, confidence, and character through meaningful conversations and mentorship. Students are encouraged to reflect on their values, strengthen their mindset, and apply leadership principles in everyday life, at school, and in relationships.
Parents / Guardians:
This program provides a supportive environment where youth can grow emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Parents and guardians can feel confident knowing their child is participating in a program that promotes positive values, leadership development, and personal accountability.
Mentors / Tutors / Guidance Counselors:
Mentors and facilitators guide participants through leadership discussions, share lived experiences, and model integrity and service. Volunteers play a key role in creating a safe, encouraging space that supports reflection, growth, and meaningful connection.

Donations to this program help fund program materials, facilitator resources, meeting space, and participant support. Your contribution directly invests in the development of future leaders by strengthening their character, confidence, and purpose.
