WAYS TO BOOK A SPACE

1. Check the calendar to see if the Center is booked with an event already. If there is not an event, you can reserve a space. The following spaces are available:

• Community Room with Kitchen

• Meeting Room with Kitchen

• Gym

• Pool Space (when pool is open & during pool hours)

• Outdoor picnic areas

• Ball Diamond & Field

• Custom areas per request

2. Each space is $50 dollars an hour. Discounts available for multiple-space rentals and multiple-day/month rentals. Wi-fi is available on-site. Talk to us about options.

3. Center rules apply to all areas. 

• No chairs or furniture of any type is permitted on the gym floor. 

• No unseemly conduct (fighting, gambling, drug usage/sales, alcohol, etc) allowed on premises.

• Only appropriately soled athletic shoes are allowed on the gym floor.

• The Community Center and its property is a non-smoking environment.

• The Community Center and its property is an alcohol free environment.

• The lessee is responsible for the cleanup after the event. 

• Any damage to the facility or property will be assessed, and compensation will be addressed as appropriate.

4. You must adhere to the Sewickley Community Center onsite waivers as follows:

 

• Waiver, Release, and Indemnification

• Photo & Website Release

• Volunteer Requirements & Releases (May include documents for working with children) 

• Minor Release Forms (as needed)​

 

 

5. Fill out the ONLINE FORM HERE, and once approved by The Center, you will be notified that you are approved to rent the facility and that your dates are available. You are not confirmed until you have a SIGNED contract back from The Center. 

 

6. The rental fee is due 5 days PRIOR to the event, or at the time of the event. Any payment after the event will result in a $10 late fee for each day late. You can pay by check or credit card online. Payments can be made HERE.
